There are so many things in my life that mean so much to me. My puppy, tucker, and my family. What I would have to say means the most to me, is my cat.
His name is Lucky. He is 10 years old, and he has been with me since I was 3 years old. I wanted to name him Lucy at the time, but I was 3, and i didn’t know that he was a boy. He is black and white and skinny. He loves the outdoors, and believe me, he brought me some gifts. Those wonderful gifts would be mice that he caught. He would walk right up to me and drops it right near my feet.
He only comes inside when I call him. He only chooses to sleep on my bed. When I sleep over someone’s house, he will be walking back and forth meowing down the hallway looking or waiting for me.
The reason why he is so special to me is because he was my first pet. He has been there with me almost all my life. He lays on my bed when I do some homework or watch T.V. He will sit next to the window if I am looking out. He is all mine! I don’t know what I will do without him. I always talk to him when I am mad, or sad and he will never talk back, just meow back. He is always there when I need him most. When I call him in he will be waiting there by the door for me. If anyone else calls him in he will just run the other way. He is so soft to lay on and keeps me warm in the winter when I fall asleep. He is my everything, and when he is gone, he will always stay my first pet.
He is the best first pet I could ever have. He was already litter trained when I got him and all he wants to do is play around. He is the boss in my family, when it comes to pets. I have a dog named Tucker, and my cat does not like him AT ALL. My cat will hiss and try to scratch him if my dog goes anywhere near him. My dog isn’t very smart though, and since he is 10 and a half months old, he loves to play with anything. When he sees my cat he runs right to him and my cat gets a little mad.
My cat has had some funny moments, like getting scared one morning when the alarm clock went off and hitting the wall on the side of my bed. My cat is great, and even though I might seem a little obsessed, I dont care. I love all animals. I know that no other pet can be like him, so I will love him even when he is gone.

There are so many great things I love about living here.
1. The thing I love best about living where I live is that we have four seasons. I love how we have WINTER and all the snow. It is pretty when everything is so white. Then it will get to SPRING and the temperature will be just perfect with the wind. When you get to SUMMER it gets so hot and I love swimming. Then it gets to FALL and the leaves start falling off the trees just like it is in Australia now.
2. The thing that I think is unique about our school is the people in it. The students are all different, we all have a lot of fun hanging out with out friends. Students come and go in our school every year it makes it that much better because you learn new things about everyone. Being around all the teachers is great too. They all have different teaching styles and it is fun to have different ways of learning.

I have three words to answer a question my teacher asked me. The question was…
What three words of advice would you give to one of the presidential candidates?
My three words are,
FIX OUR COUNTRY!!!

I am telling you that everyone this year has been saying two words together, one starts with “H” and the other starts with “S.” Yeah that’s right High School. Just saying the words gets me nervous. I really can’t wait for high school but I really don’t want to go. I am scared, I guess you can say. The schools are so different, the people are so much weirder and taller, and I don’t want hours and hours of homework. There is like a 90% chance that I’ll get lost and I will probably meet so many people and most of them I probably won’t like. I just think that it will be hard and its going to take time to get use to it. What if I stay this height for the rest of my life though, then I won’t even be able to reach the bottom locker. Just Kidding!!!
The only good thing about it is that you have more freedom. That can be good and bad. The good part is you can get your driver’s license and get your first job. You’ll probably meet new people and make new friends. That is kind of bad too. You have to know who to hang out with. You have to make the right choices. You have to think ahead and wonder if what you are doing is right. High School is like a test. Mostly because of peer pressure and the things going on. People like to take risks. Some people fail the test and some people pass it. I hope I will be able to pass it.
I just can’t believe how fast middle school as gone though. It seems like I just got there. Now I’m going to high School. I hope high school is great and I hope it will be a fun and great experience. The thing I don’t like is that so many people are going to different schools. One of my best friends is going away and I don’t even know what I would do with out them for a day, but high school is four years. I know I try my best at everything I do and my goal for the next four years is to make it through high school. I know I’ll make it.

He had a very great dream a long while back and amazingly it came true. It wasn’t easy but these are the words of Martin Luther King…
“I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit together at the table of brotherhood.”
Martin Luther King was a man who changed the world for the better. He believed that what color you were on the inside did not matter. it is what you are and who you are as a person on the inside that counts. He tried to make many people believe that. At first it didn’t work but finally his dreams came true.
Many people wonder why we have no school on Martin Luther King Day. I think that we have the day of to celebrate his hard work and the freedom he gave us. I think that schools around the country honor this because it did affect everyone. he showed us that everyone is unique on the inside not on the outside. He taught us that everyone is the same on the outside. So what if someone’s skin is darker than that of someone sitting next to you . If you go across the country you no longer see an only whites sign or an only blacks sign. That is a big thing he changed in the world today. I think that the whole point of having no school is to show and respect the freedom he gave to colored people and show that he changed the world for the better. I think that if we would have school on Martin Luther King Day then it would really be honored much and it doesn’t really show the peace he gave us and show the problems he solved. He changed people’s lives.
This video shows how everything changed. The video was my primary source.

I wonder what life would be like if all animals went to school. I mean seriously, if animals went to school they wouldn’t run into the middle of the road when a car goes by. They would know how to look both ways. If animals went to school, my dog would be a lot smarter and not bark at walls and my cat won’t be walking into them. They could also learn about respect and my cat and dog won’t be fighting anymore like every time they see each other. Then animals can talk to Mr. B. about their lives and there families and how the aren’t born to be eaten… Ruby Group knows what I am talking about.
Think about it, this dog would be smart enough not to jump over the cliff:

This dog would be smart enough to know that DOGS CAN’T FLY:

I wonder this because people complain that the deer ran into the road and now my car is ruined and people go out hunting animals. If these animals went to school they would be smart enough not to walk onto a busy street and they would be smart enough to hide from the hunters. There would be a lot more animals in the world today, even if people eat them.
